Meet our team of consultants

Adrian Francis

Adrian has worked in the commercial, not-for-profit and government sector industries of community services, aged care, immigration, education and training, advanced manufacturing and mineral resources.

His experience includes extensive P&L responsibility at cost centre and senior management level as well as staff management, strategic planning and capital project management.

Adrian has a Master of Business Administration degree and has held several board positions as member and deputy chair.

Roslyn Francis

Roslyn has extensive leadership and management experience at frontline, middle and senior corporate
management levels in the human services sector in both not-for-profit and government environments.

Her management experience, informed and moulded on the applied principles of multiple disciplines
from Social Anthropology to Positive Psychology through to Neuroscience shaped her innovative
development of programs and services relevant to all contexts from interpersonal and professional
environments, home, social and workplace. For more information: MINDitTM.

Roslyn has a deep commitment to continuous learning and holds a Master of Social Work and is
currently completing a Master of Applied Positive Psychology. She speaks fluent Indonesian.

Natalie King

Natalie has more than twelve years’ experience in the government and non-government human services sector ranging from hands-on service delivery to managing multiple human service contracts simultaneously.

She uses this experience to deliver incisive and insightful observations while being able to apply her real-life experience in troubleshooting a range of corporate and organisational challenges.

Natalie has specialist and operational expertise in working with people who have experienced acute and long-term trauma. She has a Bachelor of Social Science (Human Services) and Post-grad qualifications in developmental trauma.
